I felt kind of stupid for trusting that the kitchen would be properly stocked. The kitchen stuff was worn out, with a couple of scratched-up pans and not nearly enough decent knives. We made it work, but cooking ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been.

In the end, our stay just wasn’t as comfortable as we’d hoped because the AC never really kept the place cool. The rental itself was okay, but by the afternoons and especially at night, the rooms stayed warm even though the air conditioning seemed to be running a lot.

We did reach out about it and got a response, which we appreciated, but the issue wasn’t fixed while we were there. It definitely made it harder to relax and sleep, and it took away from the trip a bit.

We loved how close we were to the beach. We just grabbed our towels and walked over in a few minutes, so easy, so easy. It made the whole trip feel way more relaxed.
